On July 1, Composites One, North America’s leading distributor of composites raw materials and value added services, closed on the purchase agreement to acquire essential composites distribution assets from Nexeo Solutions. Over 100 dedicated composites distribution employees from Nexeo Solutions have now joined Composites One.

As Composites One and Nexeo composites distribution merge together as one, we will remain focused on serving our customers and help them to be more successful. With our expanded team of composites distribution professionals, Composites One is in better position to partner with more composites manufacturers and provide unmatched products and unique value added services, all focused on helping our customers to grow their business.
