Composites One will be featuring live closed molding and advanced process demonstrations, along with some exciting high performance products at CAMX 2015 in Dallas. Visit the company’s exhibit at booth S94.

Once again, Composites One and the Closed Mold Alliance will present the Lean Mean Process Machine demonstration live on the CAMX exhibit hall floor. This year, the event is called Lean Mean process Machine…REDUX and will feature a three-day event with more than 20 process demos in a massive enclosed staging area. Building real-world parts, from aerospace nose cones and mini nacelles, to marine dashboards and the coolest long boards. You’ll see a Light RTM work cell in action, watch time lapse video showing a 3D-printed mold go from concept to reality in hours and talk to Closed Molding and Advanced Process experts. And you’ll leave with new ideas and insights, and maybe even a tricked-out skateboard if you win this year’s raffle.

The featured market segments are Marine, Oil & Gas, Wind Energy, Aerospace, Transportation, and Consumer Recreation. The demos feature closed mold and advanced processes like Light RTM, Vacuum Infusion, Reusable Silicone Bag Molding, and Prepreg solutions. The prepreg parts will actually be cured using a large oven supplied by Wisconsin Oven, also a CAMX exhibitor.
